Where has the time gone?! It seems only last year that WICC hosted its inaugural golf day, but on Monday, July 13th, the tournament will be celebrating its 10th anniversary at Angus Glen Golf Club in Markham.
This year promises to be a great event and will have something for everyone. In addition to our traditional 18 holes, we will be hosting a golf school staffed with world-class professionals. This is ideal for both beginners and experts looking to brush up on their existing skills and for those precious few of you who have yet to join the industrys official pastime. The Angus Glen Golf Academy costs $350.00 per person and includes 3 hours of golf instruction with a Golf Pro with a 6:1 instructor/student ratio. With the use of Taylor Made clubs, participants will work with pros on a variety of lessons such as putting, chipping, bunker shots, full swing analysis, and information about golf equipment. This package includes lunch with the main group of golfers, a golfers gift, access to enter contests and activities, cocktail reception, silent auction and dinner.
Registration for both the tournament and the Academy has already begun, so visit WICCs event calendar for more details and to register as a single, pair, foursome or as a student of the Golf Academy. This is one of WICCs most popular events, so dont delay!
In addition to a day of golf, we will be serving a hot BBQ lunch before tee-off and a cocktail reception will follow to refresh you after a strenuous day on the links. Be sure to stay for the dinner, which will also feature a silent auction and a raffle.
Join us as we commemorate 10 wonderful years of the WICC golf event. It will be a time to celebrate, a time to remember and a time to acknowledge all of the wonderful things our industry has accomplished together in the fight against cancer.

We hope to see you on July 13th!
