WICC was deeply honoured for the second year after having been designated by the NICC as their Charity of Choice. Joel Baker and Laura Viau of the NICC ensured WICC had a major presence at the highly regarded and pre-eminent industry conference held September 30 to October 2, 2009.
WICC has developed a close connection with the NICC and is deeply appreciative of the many opportunities for raising funds and awareness that WICC is offered to conduct throughout the event.
The totals are now in from the Silent Auction and Raffle events. In combination with the generous "thank you" donations NICC makes to WICC on behalf of each conference speaker, WICC is delighted to report an event total raised of over $18,500!
